Learn How to Draw & Paint with Adobe Illustrator

Now as I mentioned in my post on creating a master plan for a passive income, there are going to be 3 types of videos that you’re going to want to be uploading to your YouTube channel. In my last video I gave you an example of what a process video might look like and gave you some tips on how to create one of your own.

So in this video I’m going to give you an example of what a typical tutorial video would look like, so that hopefully you can figure out a way to apply what I’m showing you to your own hobby. So let’s just jump right into it.

Why You Should Watch the Video

This is going to be one of those posts where you’re going to have to watch the video to really get anything out of it. In this video I will show you which custom brushes I use inside of Adobe Illustrator, as well as how to create them for yourself. I’ll also go into the techniques that I personally use to draw and paint within this vector based program. Some of the techniques I’ll be showing you, you may already be familiar with. But I put a twist on some of these techniques that you may not have seen before, so this video is definitely worth checking out if you’re someone who draws in Adobe Illustrator regularly.

If after watching this video, you have any questions or comments that you’d like to share. Feel free to leave them in the comment section below or head over to my YouTube channel “CraigBabinArt” and leave them in the comment section below this video.

As we approach the one year anniversary of this global pandemic, I think it’s necessary to remember that although it’s very important to slow down the spread of this virus, it’s also extremely vital that we eliminate the circumstances that caused it in the first place. As an artist, I tend to use humor to express my political views, which is the reason why I created the design in this video. These viruses are not going away anytime soon, unless we address the way wet markets and factory farms are being operated all around the world.

This funny little bat cartoon character, along with the design you will see at the end of this video, are my subtle way of reminding those in power, that this isn’t over yet and that there is still a lot of work to do. If you’d like to show your support for cleaning up these inhumane practices and possibly get a chuckle or two from your friends while doing so, then please consider purchasing something with this design on it.

This design in this video is available on t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, laptop sleeves, stickers and mugs. You can find all of these products in my shop under “My Designs“. It may not be the cure for every disease, but I still believe that humor is the best medicine.

If you would like to show your support for my blog, you can simply share this post to any of your social media accounts. That act alone will go a long way to helping me achieve my goals and for that I thank you.
